James Vintner - CeMap
James established Cauldwell in 2004 with business partners Wayne Murphy and Jason Holmes. The genuine aim was to change the perception of estate agents and offer a tradition service with modern values. James started his career 1987 originally working for 'John James Estate Agents' who were based in Central Milton Keynes and Bedford. With over 30 years experience working in Milton Keynes, James's local knowledge and estate agency experience is second to none and he uses this daily to help with progressing our sales to a successful completion.

Wayne Murphy - MARLA
Wayne has lived in Milton Keynes all his life and is very passionate to provide fellow local people with an independent local company they can trust who offer superb customer service with the consumer protection expected. Wayne started his career in 1999 as a Trainee Negotiator for General Accident Property Services (now Your Move) and very quickly became Sales Manager of the flagship office in Central Milton Keynes before opening Cauldwell in 2004. Wayne is a Licensed ARLA member (association of residential letting agents) which provides our customers with the security that they are dealing with an agent which protects their money through a Client Money Protection insurance, is fully qualified, who follows a strict code of practice and offer a redress scheme with the Property Ombudsman.

Jason Holmes
Jason started his estate agency career in 1996 as a part time sales consultant with 'General Accident Property Services' which soon became 'Your Move'. Jason went onto become a record breaking Valuation Manager throughout the whole company and even starred in their promotional DVD before opening Cauldwell in 2004.

Gareth Heath
Gareth has been with the company since the day we opened in 2004 and with over 20 years of experience, Gareth has progressed his career with our company to lead him to a highly successful Business Development Manager for our market leading rental and block management department. Gareth is professionally qualified through the NFOPP (national federation of property professionals) and not only does he provide market appraisals to our rental portfolio, he also looks after our block management and continues to grow the business with his relationship building with our customers, suppliers and partners

Carrie Jones
Carrie has been here since the start in 2004 having previously worked as a successful Branch Manager with the Your-Move franchise in Bletchley. Carrie has been an estate agent for her entire career having started part time at the age of 16 and is an integral part of our team. Carrie was promoted to Sales Manager in January 2024 and is very much a pivitol part of the Cauldwell company journey

Darren Hibberd
Darren has worked with the company since 2004 and offers a wealth of experience with over 20 years in the industry. Darren is our extremely successful Valuation Manager within our Sales Department and prides himself on his honest, professional approach to his role. A vital member of the Cauldwell family and company journey, Darren continues to flourish with us

Daniel Peacock
Daniel brings a wealth of industry experience and knowledge having worked in the industry over the past 20 plus years across Herts, Beds, Cambs and Bucks. He prides himself on delivering results for homeowners and buyers alike and is always ready to step in and use his knowledge to help out in any situation.

Sarah Valentine
A vital member of our team and with over 25 years of experience from both independent and corporate agents, Sarah is well placed to assist in progressing our sales to a successful completion. Sarah has vast experience and fully understands the house selling process and is on hand daily assisting all our vendors, buyers and solicitors who need help, information or guidance.

Charlie Jones
Charlie joined the team in 2022 and was new to estate agency having previously worked in administration. Charlie has a warm and bubbly personality which fits perfectly with her sales role and she has already sold many properties with extremely positive feedback from her clients.

Mercedes Jones
Mercedes started her career with in 2020 and was responsible for the property inspections of our 900 plus managed portfolio of rental properties before promotion to our sales department in 2023. Mercedes bubbly nature perfectly suits the sales environment and she continues to excel in her new role

Kieran Wong
Kieran joined our team with 2 years prior experience in the industry. A sport science graduate, Kieran has a passion for helping clients and always prioritises the best interest of both buyers and homeowners. Before entering the estate agency world, Kieran spent 6 months travelling through South East Asia, which has contributed to his vibrant and energetic personality in the workplace.

Matthew Elliott
Matthew has a wealth of experience having worked in sales for the last 20 years. Matt has been with Cauldwell specifically since 2008 and has continues to be a integral member of the sales team. Matt now works on a part time basis assisting buyers in finding their dream homes



Marc Warren
Having previously worked as a Serving Policeman, Marc offers a calm, professional approach to his role. Marc has been a huge success since his change of career with us in 2012 and now manages the lettings sales team to ensure we are dedicated to renting property as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Dino Palmiero
Dino joined the team mid 2017 having previously owned his own business for many years. Dino works incredibly hard, he has already had many a positive review for his excellent customer service skills and continues to flourish in his role. Dino was promoted to a Senior Lettings Consultant in 2021 following his incredible hard work, dedication and success within his role.

Ryan Williamson
Ryan joined the team in early 2025 with a wealth of sales experience following 4 years selling appointment systems to the beauty industry. Ryan is a confident and efficient lettings negotiator with an outstanding ability to think outside the box. Although an experienced sales person, Ryan is relatively new to the industry but is progressing fantastically well within our market leading lettings department.


Louis Wynn
Louis has a background in finance, management, and customer service. He studied management at George Brown College in Toronto before working as a junior analyst at a bridge lending institution in London. Louis brings a strong understanding of the property market and is dedicated to providing exceptional service in every aspect of his work. Louis works part time and is responsible for assisting the lettings sales team in booking viewings and helping our tenants find their new homes

Darren Springall
Darren started his career with us in 2012 and is now professionally qualified through the NFOPP (national federation of property professionals). Darrens is responsible for the smoothe running of the administration within our market leading rental department and concentrates the majority of his time ensuring the check in and check our process is as seamless and as professional as possible. Darren has a wealth of knowledge with the legal responsibilities of both tenants and landlords and has progressed his career with us to now lead our administration teams whilst offering a personal service to our landlords and tenants.

Caitlin Mitchell
Caitlin started her career with us in 2018 having previously worked for a commercial property management company. Caitlin has taken to her new role tremendously well and continues to thrive. Caitlin is responsible for the check in and check out appointments in our market leading rental department ensuring our properties are ready to let for both new and existing houses.

Daanish Hussain
Daanish started his journey with us in 2024 following a stint with a corporate agent as a Property Manager. Using his prior experience, Daanish has taken to his new role seamlessly and is responsible for carrying out check in and checkout appointments for our large property portfolio, ensuring any works required are undertaken and properties are ready for remarketing.

Lumina Watanabe
Lumina is another former tenant of ours who came to work with us in 2015. A former retail manager, Lumina has had a fantastic start to her career with us as she possesses excellent customer service skills leading to a highly professional approach to property management. Following the birth of her first child Lumina now works part time within our market leading Lettings Department and has changed roles from Property Management to New Business, to Renewals and now to our Inventory Inspection Department. With Lumina's knowledge of various roles within our business, she is an extremely valuable member of our team and is a font of all knowledge for our clients.

Jamie Howard
Jamie started her career with us in 2012 as an inspection clerk and has become a vital member of our team. Jamie now concentrates on the renewal process and with her bubbly and lively personality she is well suited to this highly customer focused role liaising with both tenants and landlords. When she’s not working with Cauldwell, Jamie dedicates her time to grass roots football as the Manager of Water Eaton Youth under 13 girls team. Jamie was promoted to a Senior Renewal Administrator in 2021

Camelia Norman
Camelia started her career with us in 2022, Cam (as she is known) works part time in our renewal department, assisting with renewal process including rental renewals and checkout process. As a fully qualified hair dresser, Cam has a warm and welcoming personality which perfectly suits her role

Krisztina Mecsekfalvyne Nyitrai
Krisztina joined our team in 2015 having previously worked as a Hospitality Manager. As a previous tenant of ours Krisztina had an insight into how we worked and was eager to join our team and change direction with her career. With the assistance of our in-house and ARLA professional training along with being bi-lingual in both English and Hungarian , Krisztina is well equipped to deal with the day to day running of the new business and is responsible for the process from referencing up until move in. Krisztina ensures all our properties are ready for all new clients to move into and all compliance requirements have been met. Krisztina was promoted to a Senior in 2021

Amina Touilzak
Amina started her career with us in the summer of 2024 having previously worked as an estate agent for London's leading estate agency. Amina has used her extensive knowledge of the industry to apply to her new role and revels in assisting all new customers to move into their new rental homes.

Jas Badhan
Jasbir joined our team January 2019 and comes with vast experience and is professionally qualified through the National Federation of Property Professionals . Jasbir is fluent in four different languages (Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi and English) and is responsible for working in and overseeing the Property Management Department. Jas was promoted to a Senior in 2021


Klaudia Kapusniak
Klaudia joined our team in 2020 having previously worked for a corporate competitor in the same role providing her with vast experience. With being bi-lingual in both English and Polish , with her excellent communication skills and with impeccable organisation, Klaudia is well equipped to deal with the day to day running of the management portfolio.

Charlotte Wermerling
Charlotte started her career with us at the end of 2022 and comes with vast experience within the industry as a Property Manager. Charlotte has progressed fantastically well in her new position with us and works extremely diligently which perfectly suits this vital role managing over 200 of our 900 managed properties.

Melissa Madoka
Melissa started her career with us in early 2025, having lived and worked in the Real Estate industry in Kenya. As a qualified piano techer, Melissa adds a rich culture of excellent customer service and communication skills which is vital in her role as Property Manager of over 200 of our property portfiolio

Amy Stepp
Amy started in the industry in 2021 with a corporate letting agency and moved to Cauldwell in late 2022. Following years in the hair & beauty industry, Amy comes with fantastic customer service skills and her communication is second to none. Amy is responsible for managing approximately 200 of our 900 managed portfolio and very much enjoys this change of career.

Tom Smith - CeMap
Tom started his career in 2016 and passed his CeMap exams in August 2019 following three years working and training at the Mortgage Store. Tom has established himself as one of the most successful advisors within the Mortgage Store and we are delighted that he works alongside us within our office providing advice to all our clients. Ryan Watson - CeMap
Ryan began working in Financial Services in April 2018, joining The Mortgage Store and passing his CeMAP exams within the year. Ryan has been broking since May 2019 and only joined the industry after graduating University in Sports Medicine.
