I phoned at 0900 to report a problem with my kitchen tap and I spoke to a lovely lady called Susie I was told that she'd contact the landlord to see what they would like to happen. A short time later she phoned back to tell me that a plumber would be out to replace the tap, by 1200 the tap was replaced. I would just like to thank you for the quick, friendly service provided.
